Physical Therapy, Speech Therapy & Occupational Therapy

Our partnership with Functional Pathways allows us to offer a full set of Physical, Speech, and Occupational Therapy right here, in our on site Skilled Nursing facility. Therapists are on site seven days a week to provide comprehensive rehabilitation and post-acute care. Their focus is to restore independence and facilitate transition to the next level of care as quickly and safely as possible.

Beacon Hill at Eastgate offers an online dashboard for residents and their families to track and monitor rehabilitation progress.
