Physical Therapy, Speech Therapy & Occupational Therapy

Our partnership with Functional Pathways allows us to offer a full set of Physical, Speech, and Occupational Therapy right here, in our on site Skilled Nursing facility. Therapists are on site seven days a week to provide comprehensive rehabilitation and post-acute care. Their focus is to restore independence and facilitate transition to the next level of care as quickly and safely as possible.

Physical Therapy

Physical Therapy will be recommended to you by your physician after undergoing surgery or other medical treatment. Other times, you may find you want physical therapy for everyday things like:

  • Leg/foot pain
  • Back and Neck pain
  • Muscle cramps
  • Muscle tightness
  • Decreased range of motion
  • Poor Endurance with activity
  • Fall prevention and assessment
  • Dizziness
  • Balance Training
  • Training/adjustment of walker/cane
  • Trouble with walking


And, these services are often covered by insurance. 

Speech Therapy

Even in the absence of specific disorders, speech therapy can help older adults maintain optimal communication skills as they age. Regular therapy sessions can address minor issues and promote healthy communication habits.

Occupational Therapy

Occupational Therapy can be recommended when facing challenges related to daily activities, independence, and overall quality of life. Occupational therapists work with older adults to help them maintain, regain, or improve their ability to perform meaningful tasks and activities.

  • Shoulder, arm, or hand pain
  • Trouble bathing or dressing
  • Home Assessments
  • Decreased upper range of motion
  • Trouble opening things, grasping
