If you are a team member who wants to expand your job skills through a workshop, conference, course, or if you are enrolled in school, or pursuing specialized job training, there are available scholarship funds ready and waiting for you!
The Employee Scholarship Fund, made possible by the Beacon Hill Foundation, was introduced in 2020 to support employee education and training. Backed by many of our residents, the scholarship offers support to our ambitious team members seeking to grow their knowledge and better their futures.

Our Employee Scholarship Program offers our team members the chance to pursue their educational and career aspirations while continuing the work they do at Beacon Hill every day.
