Concierge Services
Beacon Hill at Eastgate offers a personal concierge service to assist you with obtaining tickets to various functions and events, directing you to local areas of interest, and arranging for various personal services at your request.
The Concierge Desk is located in the lobby area of the Commons and is staffed from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday—Friday.
How may we assist you today?
The Concierge is also available to:
- Schedule transportation requests
- Print airline boarding passes
- Process maintenance requests
- Provide photocopy, fax, and scanning services
- Coordinate resident package deliveries
- Provide miscellaneous assistance and information
- Hold items in the Lost and Found
We ask all visitors (including family and friends) to register at the front desk when entering the Community.
Additional Services
Dry Cleaning
Beacon Hill has made arrangements with the company Pressed4Time to provide pickup and delivery to the community every Tuesday and Friday. The dry cleaner also offers custom alterations and shoe repair.
Notary Public Service Fees & Schedule
Notary Public Services are available at Beacon Hill Monday—Friday, 9:00 a.m.—3:00 p.m. This onsite service is offered as a convenience and is offered at no charge to our residents and their families. Please contact the Concierge Desk to schedule an appointment in advance.
