Yes! We are accepting 10% fully refundable deposits to reserve your residence. A select few amazing residences are still available.
Like most Life Plan Communities, residents of Beacon Hill pay an upfront entrance fee (with a variety of refundability options), as well as an ongoing monthly fee. Both entrance fee and monthly fee pricing are dependent upon the size of the residence you select when moving in, with a fixed second-person monthly rate.
The entrance fee is a one-time cost that secures your residence and guarantees access to the services and amenities of our community. The monthly fee is an ongoing, predictable monthly payment that covers the costs and upkeep associated with living at West End, including access to amenities, maintenance services, security, campus-wide activities, and more.
In most cases, residents will find that the cost associated with living at Beacon Hill will be equal to or less than the cost of living independently.
West End is scheduled to open in Mid 2028, and construction is beginning in Early 2026.
