Yes, we have indoor parking. Garages are kept at a mild 60 degrees. Just think, no brushing off snow in the winter months!
Yes, we offer a variety of spaces throughout the Community, including an Arts and Crafts Room, Community Room, Auditorium, Club Room and Library. The new building will also feature common spaces on each floor to host a variety of activities, from business meetings, to social gatherings, to book clubs, to shuffleboard.
We offer a wide range of fitness programs to incorporate all our residents’ exercise preferences. This includes an indoor swimming pool, whirlpool hot tub and fully equipped fitness center. Plus, there are group activities, games and exercise classes, including Yo-lates (a combination of yoga and Pilates) AquaFit and Water Aerobics, Tai Chi, Gentle Beginnings, and seasonal outdoor lawn activities such as badminton and corn hole.
Beacon Hill’s restaurant-style philosophy affords residents, family and friends several different dining venue options. Our bistro and bake shop with a wood-fired oven serves quick and easy, made-to-order food. The Garden Café, with indoor and outdoor seating, serves farm-to-fork fare and sits just steps away from our beautiful community garden. Our Club Room and classic dining rooms offer residents a more upscale dining experience in a casual atmosphere. Together, we can accommodate all types of appetites in each dining experience.

Absolutely. We are happy to help you host any number of guests in the variety of our dining venues. Should you want to host a special occasion or event, you can simply contact our Service and Events Manager to work through all the personalized details you desire.
Yes. We have 2 chauffeurs at your service to drive you downtown or around town in one of our fleet of vehicles: a Town Car, Cadillac and 18-passenger bus. We can take you to medical appointments, shopping trips, out for dinner and a movie, or to the theatre. Transportation is simply booked through our Concierge.
Yes. Each apartment home is assigned a personal housekeeper who provides weekly cleaning visits.
Yes. We offer 2 hotel-style suites for your guests to stay in. Each suite features a full bath, kitchenette and bedroom with additional seating.

Currently, Beacon Hill is home to about 225 independent living residents. The Vistas will feature 26 new apartment homes where up to 52 residents could reside.
The site of The Vistas is where a Medical Office Building (MOB) currently sits, at 1945 Boston Street. This building is on the northeast side of our campus, just north of the B-Wing of the main Independent Living building.
Yes, upon move-in you will receive a storage unit at no charge.
No, at Beacon Hill we have a flexible meal program. You can eat at any of our dining venues as often as desired or prepare your own meals in your own kitchen
As a full Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC), we offer onsite rehabilitation in our Mary and Martha Center, which is connected by a bridge to our main Independent living building.
Each of our brand-new, spacious one- and two-bedroom units has beautifully-appointed features and amenities you might not expect. Like granite countertops, large walk-in closets and upgraded kitchens. Enjoy your morning coffee on your private balcony or patio. The open floor plan and sunny picture windows fill your home with light and have the perfect ambiance both for a quiet day at home or entertaining friends and family.

Our construction starts in November 2019 with the demolition of the medical office building adjacent to the current Beacon Hill at Eastgate campus — and the future site of the Vistas.
