Tai Chi is a form of ancient Chinese exercise that can help alleviate pain: from arthritis to fibromyalgia to carpal tunnel syndrome. It helps increase range of motion, balance, and gracefulness. Also, it helps decrease high blood pressure and reduces the effects of stress. Please wear comfortable exercise clothes, proper shoes, and bring a water bottle.
