Mondays and Thursdays 10:45-11:15 OR 11:30-12:00
This exercise class is designed to improve strength, balance, coordination, breathing, joint mobility and overall flexibility. You will also enjoy reduced stress, relaxation and improved circulation.
Please wear comfortable exercise clothes, proper shoes, and bring a water bottle.
Classes are held in the Community Room. *Limited seating per session*
