Beacon Hill introduces a brand-new seafood restaurant in the Club Room
Beacon Hill residents have discerning tastes and appreciate fresh, flavorful dishes prepared with high-quality ingredients. That’s why Executive Chef Luke Theaker was excited to re-open the Club Room featuring an all-new, seafood-based menu with fare from the best fishmongers and purveyors across the country.
The new Club Room rounds out the dining offer at Beacon Hill, including fresh garden-to-table cuisine in the Garden Café, classic favorites in the Dining Room, and a variety of casual fare such as salads, sandwiches and pizza in the Bistro.
In his time at Beacon Hill, Chef Luke noted many residents loved the seafood offerings. “The new Club Room menu is in response to the overwhelming amount of interest in seafood at Beacon Hill” said Theaker. “We wanted to create a formal dining space where we could offer a greater selection of premium menu items, and residents could have a decadent meal.”
The revamped menu includes starters such as Oysters Rockefeller, Crispy Calamari, and Lobster Bisque, house specialties such as Bouillabaisse, Grilled Prawns served over cheddar grits with a tomato and spinach gravy, Seafood Pasta, and a tuna Niçoise salad.
Residents can also choose from the “simply prepared” section which includes Surf & Turf, Fish & Crabcakes, Scallops, Salmon, and more. Theaker says, “I hope residents dine in the Club Room at least once a week and use it as a venue to celebrate with loved ones.”
